Andrew Ellis (left) and Mark Yaklich work together during Saturday’s Junior Achievement Bowl-A-Thon to head their bowling ball down the middle of the lane. The boys were among the bowlers of all ages and skill levels participating in Saturday’s annual fundraiser at Crown Lanes in Princeton. Proceeds from the annual event go to provide Junior Achievement programs for local schools.

PHS sectional win
The Princeton High School Tigers beat the Rock Falls Rockets Wednesday 66-55 during sectional play at Byron. The Tigers will now play the undefeated Winnebago Indians at 7:30 p.m. Friday for the sectional championship.
