PRINCETON — American Legion Auxiliary Unit 125 of Princeton will conduct its monthly business meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the post home, 1549 W. Peru St. in Princeton.

Members are reminded to bring copies of the Unit standing rules for this meeting as there are several more rules to go over. There will be a few copies on hand. Questions can be directed to Carol Allicks at (815) 872-7891 on this or any subject matter.

Members are reminded of the upcoming 82nd American Legion Auxiliary Patriotic Conference to be held at the Wyndham-Lisle-Chicago Hotel on March 19. Information was handed out in January on this conference.

The Third Division Poppy Seminar will be March 28 at Post 45, located at 45 Wallace St. in Galva. For more information, contact the post commander, unit president or Third Division Poppy Chairman Joani Walston at (217) 285-2283. Individual unit orders can be mailed to Joani Walston, 16555 440th St., Nebo, IL 62355-1107. Checks should be made out to American Legion Auxiliary.

For Unit VA&R veterans workshop information call Clara Pease at (815) 872-0430 in the evenings. Donations for the Unit’s veterans work can be mailed to Clara Pease at: 321 Briar Lane, Princeton, IL 61356. Membership information is available by attending any business meeting, from any Auxiliary member or by calling Carol Allicks at (815) 872-7891 in the evenings. All meetings begin at 7 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

American Legion Post 125 of Princeton will also conduct its business meeting on Wednesday. Discussion will be heard on upcoming post events.

Membership information is available by attending any business meeting on the second Wednesday of each month at the post home, by asking any Legion member or by contacting Post Adjutant Beverly Neff at (815) 872-0542 in the evenings or by calling the post home at (815) 815-872-1171 and leaving a message. Printed material is available in the vestibule of the post home.

A light lunch will be served after the meetings.
