Ann Hunter weighs out another five-pound bag of freshly-made sausage last Saturday at St. Patrick Parish in Arlington. A large group of willing volunteers made 5,200 pounds of sausage last weekend, much of which will be consumed at Sunday’s annual pancake and sausage breakfast. The all-you-can-eat breakfast will feature “Nuco’s” sausage, pancakes, eggs, toast and beverage. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children 6 to 10.
